Sessions are offered virtually via video call or in person at a private, nature-surrounded equestrian property in Pitt Meadows.

Julia’s private 1:1 coaching is thoughtfully designed to help you feel supported, gain clarity, and uncover the root causes of stress, discomfort, and imbalance. Make meaningful progress in your wellness journey with:

  • Comprehensive intake assessment to understand your holistic health, lifestyle, and wellness priorities, and track progress toward your goals

  • The Safe Space Healing Pyramid program to support understanding of your personalized plan

  • In-session practice of activities addressing multiple issues and root causes of chronic dis-ease

  • Holistic Action Plan with structured next steps and personalized resources for continued growth

Group Holistic Nurse Coaching

Customized curriculums built around the unique needs of enrolled members.

Group coaching programs explore evidence-based holistic wellness strategies following The Safe Space Healing Pyramid Program. These groups combine psychoeducational learning, in-session activities, group discussions, and goal setting. Join a safe, supportive community where you can connect with others experiencing similar challenges.

Program Details:

  • Small group coaching (maximum 8 participants)

  • 8-week program, 1.5 hours per session

  • Evening and weekend sessions available

$500 / 8 week Program
