Julia holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of British Columbia—one in Psychology and one in Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) in British Columbia and a Certified Holistic Nurse Coach through The Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development & Education (TheCIINDE©).
Julia has more than a decade of experience as a nurse and healthcare leader across multiple health authorities in BC. During this time, she designed trauma-informed programs for people living with chronic conditions and contributed to research advancing pain care in Canada.
Through this experience she learned what truly resonates with people and what supports meaningful, lasting change. Julia brings these lessons into her coaching, blending personal lived experience, academic knowledge, and the insights gained from the patients she has had the honor of serving
Personal Journey
Living with chronic conditions since childhood, including migraines, Ehlers-Danlos, and autoimmune disorders, has profoundly shaped Julia’s understanding of the body and her approach to health and wellness. For years, Julia managed chronic pain, flare-ups, hospital visits, and the challenges of navigating the healthcare system. Over time, she learned how to care for her emotional well-being while meeting the demands of daily life.
Through this journey, Julia discovered that symptoms and stress are not flaws. They are messages from the body calling for attention, care, and transformation. These messages are often overlooked in our fast-paced lives. Today, in full remission, Julia’s mission is to help you listen to your body, honor your experiences, and cultivate resilience, confidence, and whole-person well-being.

Beyond Nursing
Julia is a wife, a mother of two wonderful children, and lives on a lively equestrian farm.
Her experiences caring for her family and training in natural horsemanship have given her a deep understanding of how nervous system regulation, compassion, and body awareness influence emotion, behavior, and motivation.
These insights are woven directly into her coaching, helping clients connect mind, body, and spirit in meaningful ways.
